Interesting opinion on Thomas' opinion

    This is interesting because it is the opinion that actually turned the case in our favor. The fact that he was the one who actually "made the majority" gives his opinion heavier weight than if it just stood on its own.

    I've always felt the "Priveleges and Immunities" clause was the proper one to use in bringing the full Bill of Rights to the States. I've always felt that the "Due Process" clause was a little flimsy, in that one could be deprived of life, liberty and property by corrupt judges and courts just by following a "process" which had been set forth as the one to be used.

    It is going to get interesting, folks. :D
