"For Sale ---- World War II Italian rifle. Never fired, only dropped once." :D

Well, a Carcano Paratrooper's Carbine is certainly rare. So rare that even the Standard Catalog of Military Firearms doesn't list, or even mention, them.

They do list a Model 1938 Cavalry Carbine. This Carbine has a half-stock and a round "needle-type" bayonet and was made in both 6.5mm and 7.53mm. Is this what you have?

The more common Carcano with a folding bayonet is the Model 1938 Short Rifle. This was made in 7.53mm, has a full stock, and has a short, folding blade type bayonet.

What type do you have.....and what kind of condition is it in? (in English, please).

Sounds like what the Standard Catalog of Military Firearms lists as the "Model 1938 Cavalry Carbine". The book says it's "A very scarce carbine. No pricing information available."
