It was almost gone too.
Did you forget, & wash your car yesterday?
For sixteen years in a row, my father, a Supt of Schools in a system that transported 75+% of our students, back in the late 30s and 40s, found it necessary to close school on the first day of spring due to snow.....
That was in Connecticut during a very long cycle, not caused by global warming tripe, of colder weather that prevailed in the late 30s through the early 50s.
YIKES!! its in the 50s here today & REALLY WINDY & i'm NOT a happy camper... i could NOT imagine living where you live right now.
For a minute there, Rosie, I thought you were out of your mind !!!!!!
Then it dawned on me you were talking about idocdave, not my reply.
72 and sunny here the last few days.
What did ya get, a new brush gaurd? LOL
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow! It's been beautiful here in Colorado for the last couple of weeks. No snow on the horizon, but maybe some rain coming this next week. March is usually the heaviest snow month for us, but apparently not this year. I think the range is dried out enough I can go shoot!
That's why I live in the South!
80F on the screened porch @12:00 today. (Ducks 'n covers.)
Dang...you really are old if you remember the 30's !!!!!
