Does anyone load the 200g. RNFP IDP#4 HD bullet from Missouri Bullet? I haven't been able to find any similar style bullets in my books. What I'm looking for is a recipe that would give me around 750 to 800 fps. The powders I have available for this caliber are: Bullseye, Unique, Titegroup, W231, HP-38, Univ. Clays, AA-7, Power Pistol, and HS-6. Most of the recipes I have found are for SWC style lead bullets. Can I use these for the 200 grain RNFP Missouri bullet?

you can safely use any data for a 200 gr lead bullet. just start low and work up like normal. You have a chrony?

Yes I do have a chrony. After looking through all the Lee recipes I was thinking about trying 4.5g. of HP-38 with an OAL of 1.225. This seems to be a light plinking round. The velocity was about 780 fps.

Yes thats a very light load. You should be able to hit 900fps with HP38 and a 200 gr bullet before getting into +P pressures. You have alot of room to play with, work up for your best accuracy regardless of the velocity. Find that sweet spot:)
