I recently found a single action army knockoff manufactured by "IGI" - Italguns International - and have had no luck at all finding information, schematics, parts sources, etc. Can anyone provide me with any info, suggestions, sources, etc. Thanks
Those guns were imported in the early 1970's. In the absence of other information, I would assume they were basically a copy of the Colt SAA with whatever changes were made to meet the U.S. import requirements. With many Italian SAA copies, some Colt/USFA/Uberti parts will fit or can be fitted.
Thanks, Jim. I actually googled italguns before I posted and the hits are basically useless, lol. Thought I would see what info the Forum would produce.
