I am interested in obtaining a listing of all .22 rifles ever manufactured by Mossberg. Does anyone know whether this information is available through Mossberg via a book, online source, etc.?

Altho I doubt a complete list, I believe most models are included in "The Gun Traders Guide". Available at Wal Mart sporting goods counter for about $15. It also has other good info as to years made etc.

Don't forget the most collectable and unique of all, the Spiegel Mossbergs.

I have a list of the Spiegel Mossberg rifles and the numbers produced on my old computer, I'll get them and post it if interested.

Here's a 1939 Spiegel catalog page;

Something that caught my eye was the VG8388/VG8389,
what model is that?? Looks awful familiar...

Hmmm...I think a Model 43. Spiegel guns weren't always the same as the regular Mossbergs. I can't see the trigger guard in the picture to see if it's metal or not.
