I am sitting here browsing the gun auctions for a new rifle and downloading/listening to some tunes. Give me some ideas of great classic rock to download.

Thanks, I have most of them on the computer already, I am going to go hunt up some Pink Floyd.

AC/DC is like Garth Brooks and Metallica none of these guys will sell their songs on itunes or other download places.

    What Lead said....

...but throw in some NRPS, OLD ZZTop, and the Outlaws too....

And when in DOUBT, stack it heavily with BLUES and Harp..."Filmore East" is the way to START and END.....with "Chicken Train" somewhere in the middle....:D

And lead, mebbe you can help me....WHERE can I find some Winter Brother's Band music? (NOT "Johnny and Edgar," either....)

I've had "Shotgun Rider" floating in my brain since I saw them in concert in college, that was GREAT Southern Rock, but I haven't heard it SINCE...

BTO sings a song called Shotgun Rider. I don't know if it is the one you are looking for.

Shotgun Boogie by Tennessee Ernie Ford is pretty entertaining.

    WOW, that's them, THANKS.

I wonder if I can download 'Shotgun Rider" from somewhere to see if the lyrics I've sung in the shower for the past 20+ years are correct...:D

I DO know that my encores of "Panama Red," "Glendale Train," and "I Heard You been Layin' My Old Lady" by NRPS are PERFECT.....:p
