Tim, my son's club coach for lacrosse, just texted me.
He wore his trump T-Shirt into Star Bucks and the black barista just walked away.
    Another person helped him.
    He was laughing.
After a bit, he walked back up and asked the gal to warm it up alittle for him, and she again walked away.

She must need therapy now...a mixed race (Tim looks Mulatto) person with a Trump shirt! THE HORROR!
    LOLOLOLOL!

Photo of Tim at our club range with me a couple months ago.

That person needs to be fired. She has no right to choose who she waits on. NONE. Letters should be written, or phone calls made.

The irony here is, the left is all about tolerance, yet they HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO TOLERANCE if you're a trump supporter.

I doubt she'd get fired, matter of fact she'd probably get a rasie....We're outnumbered here socialists to conservatives...

I wish I had a Trump T-shirt, I would wear it every time I go to a restaurant to see if I could get people to refuse to wait on me. I would raise enough hell that I would get news coverage or arrested!!

Contact Starbucks Corporate. There is NO excuse for bad service. Your political views have no business in the workplace. (Yes, poor customer service is a pet peeve of mine. Comes from managing retail stores for over 25 years.) There are too many out of work people that want to treat customers properly. The girl needs to be fired.

I seem to remember that a company refused to make a cake for a gay couples' wedding and were lambasted for it. I guess tolerance is only used if libbies agree with your views.

You are correct in your thinking with the tolerance being used if they agree with your way of thought. I don't believe, however, that same thing applies here.

The one difference in the two episodes, the bakers owned the store when they refused to bake the cake, and I feel they have every right to refuse business from whom they choose. The Starbucks employee, is just that... an employee, whose job is to wait on customers. She has no right to pick and choose WHEN she does her job, or to WHOM... She does not own the store, and has no right to make that decision.

Believe it or not there are a few 2nd Amendment rights supporters that *do* drink their crappy overpriced coffee.

The only time I ever darkened their doorstep was when I was buying a used laptop from a gal on Craigslist. I was thinking of buying a pop or a tea, until I saw the prices. Sorry, my momma didn't raise fools. I don't consider myself "cheap", but almost $4 for a large tea or pop? Nope.

AND, if you get no help, the Local News Paper would probably do hand springs to find out about that. (you know, dirty laundry, etc.);) Just muddy up the water a little bit.:D:D

I'd take this as far as it needed to go, wether it was an apology or going to the top. If that meant getting ahold of news outlets, so be it.
Me to, sounds like a good way to get rich. I'll sue the backside off any business that refuses me service based on political views. Going to look for a Trump shirt this weekend, it might just be my ticket out.:D
