My home made NAA PUG!! Completed it today!

    I wanted a PUG but can not get them in MASS. only NAA MINI'S built before 1998! so I got a MINI-MASTER and turned it into a 1.5" PUG like MINI!

    #1 CUT BBL TO JUST A BIT OVER 1.5"...#2 SQUARE OFF BBL FACE WITH FILE..#3 SAND FRONT OF BBL STARTING W/120GRIT WORKING WAY UP TO 400GRIT...#4 ROUND OFF BBL EDGES WITH 400 GRIT..#5...WORK AREAS WITH 3M PAD AND SOME "FITZ" POLISH..#6 BUFF WITH FELT AND CLOTH WHEELS AND FITZ POLISH.. #7 RE-CROWN BBL..#8 RE-POLISH BBL FACE..#9 GRIND DOWN OLD FRONT SIGHT TO FILL IN REAR DOVETAIL #10 POLISH GROUND DOWN SIGHT PLACE IN DOVETAIL. #11 BUFF THE WHOLE PISTOL THEN COMPLETLY CLEAN AND DEGREASE WASH OUT WITH BRAKE PARTS CLEANER..#12 RE-OIL AND GREASE AS-NEEDED.

    Looks very cool. I wouldnt have the guts (or skill) to cut up any of my guns. Very nice pics.

    Not sure if I want sights, It is so clean with out sights...plus it is a "up close and personal" type gun....a long shot would be across the poker table!

    it's pretty sweet . you might consider a shotgun bead for a front. but heck it looks good

    Man that is one nice piece of pistol! You are a clever guy and I wouldn't have the nerve to cut up one of mine but you did a class job there!

    Nice work! I would leave it just as it is. As you say a 4 foot shot is pushin it so no need for sights. My guess is they wouldnt make much difference anyhow, other than make a snag for you to get caught pulling it out of your pocket. That would be a good belt buckle gun, one you skin and press into someones ear canal before emptying the cylinder. hard to miss when the muzzle touches the target;)

    I just thought of a nice use for the rear sight plug you made from the front sight. You seem to be fairly handy workin metal, grab an electric pencil and engrave your logo into it. That would offset the blank spot and give it originality;)
