I believe Federal is the only one still making ammo for the 32 H&R mag. Real easy to reload for and a great little rabbit round. I picked up 1,000 rounds of brass and reloaded them for future use as it was impossible to find ammo around here.

I think Ruger has now brought back the Vaquero in this caliber. I bought a blackhawk in 4 5/8" way back when the round first appeared. Wish I would have also bought one with the 7 1/2" barrel. Too bad it is going the route of the dinosaur. I believe Smith also makes one of these little pistols on the J frame.

You can also shoot 32 S&W and 32 S&W Long's in it. How long is that barrel. If it is 2", you will see no benefit from the 32 H&R mag except in muzzle flash!

Anywhere a .32 H&R mag will fit, a .32 S&W (Long, or, short) will fit, as well, and that caliber(.32 S&W Long) is in production by several loaders.
Flush seated wadcutters make a pretty good indoor defense round, with a 'target shooting' alibi, to lawsuits, should the perp survive. Both are accurate, low recoil rounds, even in short guns. ENJOY!
