armed and safe, that bill looks like it will not change anything. I can still carry in a bunch of states that recognize my indiana permit.

In Tenneesse it cost me $150 and took three months even with my police training and background but it is worth it to protect me and mine. I do not take going armed lightly I realilize the responsibilities and reprocusions that go with the permit.

One thing I was told was that only use factory ammo in case somebody sues you for shooting them with a reload..bunch of bovine scatology if you ask me.

Unknown, at this time. It has passed only the House. It still has to pass the Senate, without amendments (very unlikely) and be signed by Obama (very, very unlikely.)

The crooks and "nut jobs" do not need a permit for concealed carry, so why have one for the everyday guy?

    It's called "Control and Contain."

I'll be very surprised if this bill gets through the Senate. Just not enough pro-gun votes there. We'll keep our fingers crossed, hope that I'm wrong.

No chance to get through the senate, and even less than none to get signed by the president.

I have never worried about whether there was a conceal carry law or not. If I felt that I needed to carry, then I carried. Nobody every knew because of the fact it was concealed. Our forefathers gave me that right when they formed this country, and I was born a citizen of this country. You guys are talking like a bunch of sheep who are waiting for a politician to tell you how to live. If some whacked out politician passed a law that said you had to worship Satan, would you follow it just because he said it was "the law"?
