I went to the fish market with my wife and picked out a Swordfish,
cut is about 8 or 9 inches round and about an inch & 1/4 to inch & 1/2 thick.
Firstly I've never had swordfish and have no clue how to prepare/ cook it!

Secondly, we bought seabass. Is this anything like freshwater bass?
    Prolly not right?
Anytime I've cooked any type of fish, if I'm not baking it in the oven...
Usually I throw it on the grill wrapped in foil with cut up onion, tomato, peppers...other spice and a healthy amount of Butter.

How do I cook these craps?

Any and All suggestions and/ or recipes will be greatly appreciated.

Agree that grilling the swordfish with lemon pepper. You might want to put a light coat of oil on the fish to avoid sticking to the grill.

The Sea Bass is hard to mess up no matter how you cook it. Except for Mahi Mahi it's my favorite fish. Only thing you've got to be careful of with any fish is overcooking.
