earlier this year i was looking into buying a single shot Rossi Wizard, chambered in .270. ive just always wanted a single shot .270 because they say a center fire shoots harder.... a NEW .270 Wizard runs roughly around $288 right now...
i recently found a very nice used one. its the single shot Rossi chambered in .270, like i wanted. this one, however, came with a Tasco 9x32 scope already mounted, AND a changeable 17 HMR barrel!!!! both barrels look like new inside and out, as does the rest of the gun. i paid $300 for the package, which included ammo for both barrels, and the scope and sling.
i dont feel like i got hurt, seeing as how i was about to spend $300 on just the single shot .270 with no scope, no ammo, and no additional barrel or sling.
im curious as to the Value of the entire package ive got. and im also curious about the rumors saying single shots shoot harder. (this one does seem to kick like a mule compared to other .270s ive owned in the past)...
