    RobYosh,
Welcome to the forum - can't wait to see the pics - I have no idea what your gun is from the description given.

You've got an old (1800's) pin fire revolver - made in Belgium or France. There's a "plethora" of pin fire experts on here that can help with closer ID. In the mean time - can you find any other markings - proof marks, crowns, letters, stars, etc. - any where on the piece, including the rear side of the cylinder? Take a close look with a good magnifying glass - sometimes these marks are hard to see 'cause they blend in with the usage blems.

Mid 1800's pinfire. Probably Belgian from the lack of a makers mark. Missing the ejector rod. Not much collector value in them.

It's a belgium or Spanish pinfire revolver
If you've on the cylinder a proofmark like ELG in a oval than the from Belgium
In a oval with a crown its after 1893 , without it's befor.

If you find a ELG you must also find a letter with a crown or star
Crown is before January 1877 , with a sar is after January 1877

If you find nothing of that than it's Spanish ...

Probably you can fire 12 mm pinfire cartridge.

Missing the grips of the butt and the éjection rod .

Got here a similar one in good shape ....clic on the link
