older ammo

    Helped to clean out a basement and took 30 rounds of 30-06 ammo home. It's a mix of f/c and winchester soft points & psp. The brass looks ok, maybe a little dull, bullets are not damaged but some are gritty, or just dirty I guess from layin around. Whats a good way to clean them up without damaging the ammo?

    All you really need is to wipe the grit off and then fire them. If you want to shine them up, then get a can of Brasso at your local supermarket and shine on!
