    Pending Legislation

Folks, as we have been warned, the Constitution of the united States has been diluted, convoluted, misinterpreted and violated to a point that it now, truly, is hanging by a thread. Unfortunately but not surprisingly, Congress is filled with men and women that generally have no idea what the constitution says or don't care because they certainly don't refer to it or support it at all unless it somehow furthers their agenda.

Legislation is being considered as you read this that would expand the military’s power to pursue any "suspected" terrorist anywhere in the world including within the United States and confine them indefinitely without trial or charges. This bill is so broad that unsuspecting, innocent American citizens could be included as well.
Of course, I'm talking about S. 1867. Apparently, the "National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012" bill, as it is known, was sneaked in under the radar by Senators Carl Levin (D-Michigan) and John McCain (R-Arizona) and passed for cloture yesterday.
This bill is very disconcerting and is causing great concerns on both sides. Amendments introduced to weaken S. 1867 failed.
This bill has even angered officials in the executive branch who see it as a usurpation of power by the military and Obama has even threatened to veto it.. Unbelievably, FBI Director Robert Mueller wrote a letter to members of Congress raising his own concerns and stating that “The legislation ... will inhibit our ability to convince covered arrestees to cooperate immediately, and provide critical intelligence.” Most surprising of all,
There's much more on this bill and more bills being considered that are just as dangerous but this should serve as your final warning that we are about to be thrust into a whole new way of life. A world full of violence and corruption, immorality and deception. Some will say that we are already there...stick around, you ain't seen NOTHIN' yet!

Now then, the purpose of this post is not as much to inform you of dangers of this legislation as it is to inform you that if you have not prepared for the desperate times that this country has ever seen, if you have made plans for a variety of scenarios, if you have prepared yourself mentally, physically and spiritually then you better get with the program because your time is just about up.
We'll talk more about this later...

Many are ready for the very difficult days ahead..........
and many WILL NOT follow the illegal orders that will be issued. God forgive those that do.

This is THE website to save the Republic.
Click on the "10 Orders we will not obey" If all our military and police follow their oath, the usurpers of our constitution will FAIL. They know it and we know it.

No wonder the rest of the world hates us.

Who the hell are we (the US) to claim we can go willy-nilly, anywhere we want, and start hunting people down?

As far as the home front is concerned, there's simply no way our LEOs or our military members are gonna go door to door because they're told to. Ain't gonna happen.

    I hope you're right.

Back in 1930, German citizens never imagined what their police and soldiers would be doing in a few more years.

Bob I agree with this statement right now. But I think 15 years down the line I probably will not.

The fact is the law will be there.

    Speaking of John McCain -

    http://news.yahoo.com/blogs/cutline/coulter-calls-mccain-douchebag-gets-bleeped-msnbc-170512829.html

Ann Coulter, conservative author and preferred provocateur among cable news bookers, was repeatedly bleeped during a recent appearance on "Morning Joe" on Tuesday. In the bleeped asides, Coulter apparently called John McCain a "douchebag."

I posted about calling my senators on this and urging them to oppose this bill. I need to check and see if I can find a list of the votes.

    Hopefully, you'll see the connection:

    Sara Zeglin

A witch craze swept the small Puritan community of Salem Village, Massachusetts in 1692. It began when a group of girls gathered in the evenings in the home of Reverend Parris to listen to stories told by one of his slaves, Tituba. They also played fortune-telling games, which were strictly forbidden by the Puritans. One night, while trying to see the faces of their future husbands in an egg white dropped in a glass of water, one girl believed she saw the shape of a coffin.

Soon after, the girls began acting strangely, leading the Puritan community to suspect that the girls were victims of witchcraft. The girls named three townswomen, including Tituba, as the witches who were torturing them.

The three women were put on trial for practicing witchcraft. Tituba confessed to having seen the devil and also stated that there was a coven, or group, of witches in the Salem Village area. The other two women, Sarah Good and Sarah Osbourne, insisted they were innocent. The court didn’t believe them, and found them guilty of practicing witchcraft.

As the weeks passed, the affected girls accused other townspeople of torturing them, and some on trial also named others as witches. Women were not the only ones believed to be witches—men and even some children were accused. By the end of the trials in 1693, 24 people had died, some in jail but most by hanging. Some of the accused had confessed as being witches, but none of them were hanged.

The Puritan way of life was very strict, and even small differences in behavior could make people suspicious. Religious leaders instilled a fear of the devil and preached that those who did not conform to the Puritan way of life would be used by the devil to carry out his wishes. No one is really sure why the witch craze spread the way it did, but it did bring lasting changes to the legal system and the way testimony and witnesses were treated, and the Salem Village hangings were the last executions of accused witches in America.

I would like to think that the police and military would honor the Constitution. However, we know that the liberals have planted people within the ranks and over time who knows how diluted the police and military will become. Our society is in trouble and it is up to those of us who know the history and the truth to teach as many others as we can. A small number of people can make a difference.

I believe that, if I read the latest news about this legislation correctly, this bill PASSED the Senate on a vote of 93-7, without any changes to address the issue of the INDEFINITE detention of US CITIZENS, including WITHIN THE BOARDERS of the US, without charging them. Now, this would seem to be in direct conflict to various aspects of the Bill of Rights and Habeas Corpus, but..................some provisions of the Patriot Act legislation, AS ENACTED did as well. And until such legislation is "tested" in the courts, it remains the law of the land. Those of us who are not supportive of OWG and NWO and the "rule of the UN" in the US, are GOING to be termed "terrorists" and subjected to this crap; mark my words. How long do you think it will take for conservative firearms owners to become an "officially labeled class" of "domestic terrorists" for the purposes of the One World movement, and our current POTUS?

Anything about the NWO/OWG usually gets ignored here, but I agree with you 100% for what it's worth. Regardless of who the president is in 2012 it will make no difference in the direction our country is headed. Regardless of all the rhetoric, the U.S. is deeply embedded in the One World movement, it's inevitable and nothing will stop it or slow it down. It won't take long, it's closer than anyone may think.
