It looks like you are going to have to buy one. I really like mine.

I've had this one for about 40 years!
It's as sweet now as it was then.

These 2 Colts get to travel. The old Commander .45 ACP and his little brother the Mustang Plus II .380 are carry guns.:)

I like the looks of a gun that shows that it gets carried.

I thought for a second that the Essex had a Bomar sight on it, but its not cut in, is that a Novak? I run a Bomar on this STI. Its a good sight after you dehorn it.

Its a genuine Bomar style in a "standard" dovetail cut
Forget brand- wouldn't recommend it anyway--You can see from pics it sits to high, for my taste & purpose anyway.

Steven, you arent shooting at anything. And, you most likely wouldnt be hitting your target the way you are shooting. I see alot of movement prior to pulling the trigger (anticipation). Why are you using gloves? Is it cold? Just wondering.

Officially jelaous. I'm also very courious on what you think of your S&W 1911SC with the bobtail? I'm looking for my first 1911 and (unable to acquire a collection like yours) want a good carry gun.

I absolutely love my smith SC commander. I would put it up against any other gun in its price range and many more that are much more expensive. If you want a great carry piece, look no further than the e-series commander.

I agree PLUS You have zero control of your weapon after a shot - No way you'd get off a second shot that could come close to bein called a double tap- Plus you tryed to pull the trigger after slide had locked back? That screams no concintration - Really need some work my friend
    Nice 1911 tho!

I'm not sure if it's just the camera Steven42 but it looks like the recoil is extremely heavy.

hold higher on that sucker and get your support hand up onto the frame more so the recoil comes straight back your arms rather than 'flipping' up like in the video.

    happy shootin' with her!
