First of all-you don't have a Luger there. It is a P-38 9mm. Somebody posted it or labeled it wrong. Looks like it is in good shape but not a Luger.

It is a P.38 pistol, made by Mauser (code "byf") in 1944. It is a bit hard to tell condition, but it looks pretty good, and unless there are some unusual markings, like the police "eagle over L" or "eagle over F", the value would run around $700.

Any further evaluation would require better pictures.

    Welcome to TFF, keuler.

Don't worry about misnaming your pistol. It was not unknown in the 1950's for Walther P-38 pistols to be advertised as "WWII Lugers". It was a minor fraud aimed at fooling folks into spending their $$$ in hopes of getting a famed Luger pistol.

The WWII P38 market is very soft at the moment, probably cause by the market being inundated by large numbers of post war P1 pistols selling at very cheap prices. Your
P38 is a very common variation, and if the bore is excellent the value would run between $550 and $650 at most gun shows. As a P38 collector I have tables at many gun shows around the country, and common P38s such as yours hardly ever sell unless the price is very attractive. Oh yes, your extra magazine would add about $60 to the value.
