PP birthdate??

    Looking to purchase a war time PP with the serial 360243P Anyone have a listing showing the date of this firearm?

    If it has Waffenamt markings then I believe 1040/1941 , depending on the proof markings, If it has ef or ac markings then a bit later 1945. To tell anything about old PPs and PPKs , need all the markings, preferably in picture form.

    Thanks Ron, It has Waffenamt markings. Looks to be in pretty good shape. I thought with the wooden grips it has it might have been later in the war. Will probably pick it up tomorrow.

    My source dates that pistol to late-1944.
