I have a few High Power 13 round mags that will take 14 rounds. I feel that if the magazine and gun is designed for a certain amount of rounds , why over stress the magazine and encounter a possible failure to feed. What in the word is one extra round if you can't do the job with 14, unless you believe in spray and pray :D

OK thank you I guess I was just wondering if there was a legal issue at play "13 rnd max"?? kinda like the HP rating on the old hemi's
I don't plan on ever having to shoot anything or anyone
Train for the worst, hope for the best

I have the pro C 24/7 in .40 S&W with both size magazines. I usually do not even put 13 in the extended mag. I don't like to overstress the spring in there or possibly cause a jam. Hell if I can't hit em with 12 I deserve to lose LOL.
