When reloading new Winchester 7.62x54R primed brass (or any new brass) is it proper to resize the cases or not ?

I always full length resize all new brass. I've seen to many with slight out of round case mouths from being shipped.

I had done a search and found that most people resize new brass just to be safe.

I ordered some WIN primed brass from reeds and I just loaded them. All 100 went boom like they are supposed to without problems. I didnt see no sense in wasting the primers.
