Serial number 128523 Finish is about 80% - a little bit of rust on the receiver that should polish out with steel wool and the end of the magazine tube shows wear. The stock and slide are in good shape, with no cracks or large scratches, does show a few normal usage scuffs.

I could not find the word "routledge" on it anywhere but I have been told that is term for counter-bored barrels. The muzzle appears to be about .410. There is what appears to be a take-down screw on the left side of the receiver, but when I loosened it, I couldn't get the gun to come apart.

    DOM and estimated value ?

    Henry,
"Routledge" refers to smoothbore. Is it smooth or rifled?

Assuming it is smooth,as per the 22nd edition Blue Book:

    100%-$650
    98%-$550
    95%-$500
    90%-$400
    80%-$375
    70%-$350
    60%-$325

Similar to 121A,except smooth bore for .22 shot,at least 5 different chamberings and bbl. markings. 557 were mfg.

DOM is determined by the 2 or 3 digit code found on the left side of bbl.,just in front of the reciever.Give us that and we can date it for you.

    Hope this helps,
    BW

Yes, it is a 22 caliber smooth bore.

The date code appears to be "P B" There is a third mark that isn't a letter and may be an accidental mark by the person doing the stamping.

As long as I'm asking, I have Remington 510 SB with date code of "DXX"
