Remington 572 Fieldmaster Value

    I came across this from my father-in-law, and want to know if it is worth keeping or sell it, it's in good cond. good blue and good stocks.

    Welcome to the forum!
    To correctly value your 572, you're going to have to provide: barrel length, caliber/cartridge and at least the majority of the serial number. Your description is a bit lacking in detail, with regard to condition, can you be a bit more specific, e.g. % of finish left on metal and any flaws or faults in the furniture?

    The barrel is 23.5", the overall length is 42", the barrel is smooth bore, there is no serial number on the gun. The gun is in good shape with minor wear on the blue where the slide moves.
