Just got a new rem r-1 enhanced in. First r-1 I have held. This is the custom version with adj rear sights, fiber optic front sight beavertail grip safety, enhanced hammer and wide thumb safety, flat checkered main spring housing, anodized aluminum match trigger, custom wood laminate grips with thumb groove for mag release, match grade stainless barrel and bushing, front / rear slide serations, front grip strap serations and 2 mags. The grips, mainspring and front strap make for one solid firm grip that will never slip no matter how sweaty your hands are.

I had a feeling when I ordered this that I would have a heck of a time selling it and I am right. I want to shoot it bad. Oh boy.

Why go through the agony of selling it?

Make it another August giveaway. Along with JLA's Green Machine, that would make TWO 1911s, spreading twice the amount of joy amongst the TFF family.

Its liable not to "go" anywhere but in my safe. Dang it man. I just spent all my profits on a 1944 ithaca 1911. Not sure how I will swing this one too. But, if it were for sale it would probably be around 789.00.

DoubleD: What do they usually sell for? It looks like a pretty sweet gun.

This is the first one I have seen so I am not sure what others are selling them for. But under 800.00 is what I would sell it for, if I decide to sell it.

You sound like me, I want to keep everything I do. Sounds like you want all your inventory.
I have a story to tell about Shooter45 in the very near future.
