    Now if we can just get the Justice Department and the Treasury Department out of the regulatory process, we'd have a process pretty close to how the Framers wrote it.

    What gives any part of the government the power to regulate firearms in the first place?

    They forget, the Constitution is a limit to their rights, not ours.
