Rhubarb Crumble

    with spring comes rhubarb season. cut in small pieces, 4 cups of rhubarb.spread this in a 7 by 11 baking pan.sprinkle 1 cup of sugar over it and 1/2 box of strawberry jello [dry] then dump 1 box of jiffy white cake mix [dry] over that.pour 1 cup of boiling water over that and drizzle 3 tablespoons of melted margarine over that.bake 1 hour at 350 top with whipped cream or icecream before serving. yummy and easy///and no bowls to clean up.
