Rotisserie tip roast

3 to 4 lb sirloin tip or rolled roast
Skewer through long dimension and hang on rotisserie approximately 4 inches above heat coil.
1/4 cup beer
1/4 cup balsamic
4 Tbs olive oil
1 tsp honey
1 tsp lemon pepper

Whip mixture and baste the roast with it every 15 minutes, starting at 30 minutes. Cook to med rare 1.5" from large end.

Lock the doors and windows before first basting. :D
