Scoping A Siaga

    I just bought a .223 Siaga. It has a side receiver scope mounting bar. I was also told that the metal receiver top can be replaced with one that is grooved for scope rings. Which is the best way to go? Who would make a side mount scope bracket for it? It looks to me that removing the grooved receiver top with a scope attached in order to clean would change the point of impact when it was put back on. I've never used a side mount before, and I don't know how close allignment with the bore is likely to be. I've been a bolt action user in the past, so any help would be appreciated.

    IMO use the scope rail on the side of the receiver and get a POSP scope ,they are easy to zero,or you can get a BP02 mount (the low mount) and use the scope of your choice .

    i got 2 saigas 1 7.62x39 and a saiga 12 i have the side mount on both they work great go to cheaperthandirt .com they have the best prices that i have found on the mounts and fast shipping
