Senate to Ban Private Gun Sales

  1. The United States lacks the legal power or authority to regulate intrastate transfers of personal property. All issues regarding the ownership, possession and use of firearms within a state can be regulated only by that state. U.S.Const.Amendment 10.

    It's actually the PUNISHMENT of criminals that would be the most effective - but they won't do that either - because it's NOT about stopping crime - it IS about removing our fundamental right to defend ourselves.

    Money and power, that's what it's all about.
