With news articles like this one hitting the MSM ,

    http://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/ne...ves-in-the-night/story-e6freuzi-1226342168727

i'm asking all hunters to contact the shooters and fishers party to support the idea of a training course for tracking and ddispatching wild dogs and other elusive ferals

There are a number of very effective ways to hunt dogs and cats that just need teaching , and i and the 6 other trainers are only too happy to pass these skills onto other hunters to protect our great land and its environment

Poisons and traps are ineffective , kill too many native species , and do more damage on the whole than good.

Shooting is a point solution and with trained and experienced hunters who volunteer their time and resources it is the most cost effective and environmentally safe option available

I urge you all to contact the shooters and fishers and ask them to join with the NSW game council and other state bodies to start these schools , get folks trained and remove these ferals from our native eco systems before they totally destroy them.

Say no to the slaughter of our precious fauna by greeny groups aerial poisons campaign , spotted quoll's have been wiped out in every area this action has been used , poisons do not discriminate between endangered species and ferals

    Hunters do .

Wish I could come over and help. My limited experience in Australia was confined to the Frankston/Dandenong area of Victoria. I saw enough and met enough fine folk me make me want to spend a lot more time "down under".

Cheers Frogtop, Dandenong is a great hunting area ( out the back , place is growing fast ) the ranges there are full of goats and other ferals,

good flathead fishing off the Frankston pier when i was that way too

this is trying to get support for a project to mix shooters with group hunt techniques that are effective and safe , its early days yet but if we can get a few hundred interested to start we have a lot of farmers who want wild dogs , foxes amd other ferals removed from their lands

theres a huge cost to environment but costs to farmers in sheep and lamb loss is sending some broke ..

shooters can help and be the solution .
