Hello, 1st post. My spent brass cases fired from my Glock Model 30SF are being clipped or dented at the case mouth. Ammo is factory Winchester and Federal. Anyone with ideas? Thanks. Tom

there are several reasons for this. Can you provide a picture of a case with the dent. Depending on where the dent is and direction we could provide a accurate answer.

This is not unusual in full automatic weapons and is seen sometimes in semiautomatic weapons. If every round is being dented with factory ammo, then there is probably a fixable problem in there somewhere.

Having pictures of the cases, with the orientation of the case in the chamber will help. Mark the case with a marker, place the round in the chamber with the mark up (or lrft or right or down) and see where the dent is being made.
