Stuffed Zuchini

Get the largest Zucini you can find and splt it longways.

Hollow out the middle of both halves. Leave about 1/4 to 1/2" meat around the sides.

Brown some hamburger or ground venison, add spices to taste. Mix in a small amount of tomato sause and a couple of tablespoons of parmasian cheese.

Mix well, spoon the mixture into the zucini and place several different cheese slices ( I use provo and pepper jack) on top of the mixture.

Place the top of the zucini back on and roll in aluminum foil.

Bake at 325 for 20 minutes.

Contents will be hot but absolutely delicious.

If you cant find a large zucini then use several small ones and prepare the same way.
