I had a blast!!!. This is taken at the Wyoming Antelope Range in Clearwater ,Florida. I met up with several friends a had a great time. The BirchWoodCasey target that you see is a 5.5 inch self adhesive. Distance is 25 yards. Factory sights only with a Walther P22 ,standing up only., Weaver stance.
The blackpowder you see is my friends. It is a 1847 Colt

That Colt was being used next to me. Met a new friend. The guy is into black powder. Interesting hobby, but I keep thinking that since God gave us the ability to invent semiauto, I'll stick with that ,and leave the gun powder to the -SPECIAL- folks.;) :D :)

:D nice pics!! wonder what it would take to get something like that started here in my area?! i can imagine the liability would be outrageous. the closest thing to me like that is more than 30 mins away & i never seem to have the time.......:(

The range master said it cost them $400,000 to build the facilities . The liability is nominal, since we are in the back of an industrial park , full of factories and quarrys. Its an awesome place to shoot. I became a full fledged member several months ago.

:D ya, i'll bet it was expensive to build that facility!! LOL ~ but ya know, having a hubby that does that kinda stuff, should help out in that department!:D :p this used to be COUNTRY, but alot of people are moving out this way.:( so, i'd imagine the liability would be outrageous. hmmm... wonder where we could set something like that up at?!:D i've been trying to talk my cousin into opening up a firing range, but he's scared of the liability.

The fact that I spent 8,000 dollars renewing my farm liability, what would a gun range liability cost? Very prohibitive I would imagine. Stick to established ranges I guess. Don
