Recently purchased a T/C hawken (cap lock) which seemed to work fine but now when I try and cock the hammer it won't go past a half cock. I took it apart and looked at it and when I try and cock the hammer the spring and spring guide are getting jammed into the block that contains the threads and it stops completely. It looks like everything is in place and there is very little wear on any of the parts and I've got no clue why it just stopped working. Thank you for any help you can give me.

I believe I've found the problem. While looking at the internals of some other Hawkens I saw how rounded off the tip of my mainspring guide was in comparison. Because it is so rounded its shortened the overall length so that it is getting caught behind the threads for the main bolt while cocking.
