    While I'm thinking of it, the single biggest headache with the Tec-9 & varients are the mags...
    they all don't fit each other and are sorta interchangeable, but not really.

    If you hold the mags up of a Tec-9 & an AB-10 & a KG-99...you will see subtle differences...
    enough to cause all kindsa problems.

    It takes a fair amount of refitting to make the mags of one pistol fit the other.
    I've found it's easier just to keep 'em separate...and well marked.

    I know this is an old thread but I hope some of you tec dc9 guys are still around.
    Any one improve the feeding of these things by working with the magazines?
    When the mag is inserted in the pistol, with the bolt retracted, the mag has almost 1/4" up and down play. this has got to adversely effect feeding. Should the mag be stationary when the mag lock clicks ? it only holds it from falling out, not moving in deeper. I didn't think to hold down ward pressure on the mag when firing it. Jam-o-matic, lots of double feeds. Any advice would be appreciated.
