Is that the 3 piece set that goes on a 5 gal bucket, Mike? I saw them in Dillon's Blue Press for about $39.

Yes. It goes on top of a 5 gallon bucket. I have 2 "55 gallon" sized drums to go through. I have high hopes that it will work as well as i had hoped. I will know more tomorrow...

First days tally came out to about 250 lbs...and that was with a learning curve included. They say to shake the sifters.... Bullroar... it works better to swirl the brass in a circular motion. I sorted more in the last couple of hours doing it that way then i did the rest of the day...

Considering the small dent i made in the (2) 55gal drums it would not surprise me one bit if the total weight of brass to be sorted is somewhere between 3000 to 4000 pounds? You wouldn't think there would be that much weight in a couple of drums of spent brass but there's quite a bit.

I'm seeing a buttload of 9mm...almost a buttload of 45acp... with 40s coming in behind the 45s... and then a fair amount of 357 sig and 38s and 357s. At the back of the pack are the 45lc and 44 mags. I have not found one single stinking 41mag yet though!:mad::mad::mad: SOMEWHERE in that pile of brass there has to be some 41s ??

Yeah, the brass sorting trays are nice but i can't help but wonder if i could build some kind of sorting machine out of my old wheelbarrel cement mixer that i don't use anymore. Now THAT would be slick!!!!!!!!!!
