Am I the only one having problem with TC support? For the last 6 weeks, I have been attempting to receive a set of filer screws for my Omega. When I added a scope, the front site was projected in the bottom of the view, therefore I removed the front sight and requested the filer screws. Dang, the round-around is just unbelievable and of course VERY frustrating. Certainly wish there was a way to bypass the tech support staff and send an email or fax to someone further up the food chain. Yep, they did honor my request of speaking to a supervisor, BUT of course I only get her voice mail. Dang, the unemployment is HIGH and they (T/C staff) just don't get it. Just needed to vent.
