Has anybody read "Unintended Consequences" by John Ross? If so, what did you think of it?

It's an interesting book that offers a very interesting point of view. I liked it, but would have liked it A LOT better if he would have left out the graphic descriptions of sexual acts. Those took a lot from the book.

Overall, I liked it, and plan to read it again. Have you read it, or are you considering it?

Yes, I read it twice and I thought it was a great book.

Essentially, he had to include those sections to get a publisher interested.

We have a TFF Library copy running around here, someplace. I think Marlin has it right now.

Negative, Pops. It left here several months ago.

It was supposed to go to Swannie but the cost to ship it by itself was twice or more than the purchase price of the book. I shipped it to someone who was preparing a package of other items for Swannie and was going to include the book in the package, thereby keeping the unit cost of shipping down to a reasonable amount. Unfortunately the name slips my mind at the present.....

I now remember discussing that, Marlin. I don't remember who that was, either, but it was definitely a good idea.

The book is about gun control, people opposed to gun control, lobbying politicians to get them to change the law, and the care and feeding of your farm animals.
