venison & noodles over mash taters.

This will make enough for any house hold!

You will need;
4lbs. Venison cut into 1" cubes or (your favorite big game)
1 16oz bag of egg noodles
2 tbs. of minced garlic
1 medium onion cut in to 1/4ths and seporated or you can dice it.
Olive oil. Use what you need to sauta the meat
3 1/2 cups of your favorite Brown Gravy mix. I use Southeastern mills Brown gravy mix.
Freash mushrooms
Salt
Pepper


Sauta the meat,onion, Garlic,and the mushrooms in the amount of olive oil you want. (the meat, Garlic & Onion should go in before the mushrooms.) You will want the meat done all the way.
As you cook the meat cook the noodles as well. you will want the Brown gravy going as well. The reason is that you will mix the meat, noodles and gravy in a bowl at the same time. That is when you will add the salt and pepper to taste. When them Taters get done just spoon the noodle mix on top and enjoy!!! :)
