Weight loss update.

    I'm so happy i measured myself for bodyfat test and I am down to 26% weighing in at 305 lb. I've lost 135 pounds since October gained alot of muscle.Got a bowflex from the warehouse scratch and dent in virgina was supposed to cost 450 but woman got it for us for 200 then she said she could do better and it turned out to be free. Well in august i'm going to try to join the airforce . havent been able to post much been busy.

    Good for you. Keep it up, see a doctor to make sure you doing it healthy and are in good shape.

    Can't afford to see a doctor but i am alot healthier than i was 135 pounds ago i haven't crash dieted .I just started doing pushups,situps and lifhting wieghts .Also changed my food intake up.

    Just make sure you keep the food groups balanced, etc. good job and keep up the good work!

    Congrats! 135 lbs is an awesome accomplishment! I'm trying to lose some weight myself, my bodyfat percentage is average at 15%, but i'm still 240lbs and that doesn't do well for my run times.
