What is the differance between a CETME and a G-3. Century makes both now. I see the CETME's listed for $299 for stamped reciever and $349 for the cast stainless reciever. The G-3's list for $449 and up. So, here are my questions,
    1. What are the differance between a CETME and a G-3?
    2. If I decide to go with a CETME, stamped or cast stainless?
    3. I hear that post ban CETME's accept G-3 mags. Anyone know for sure?

    Thanks,
    Jason

they are both like h&k g-3 {h&k91} contract rifles , difference is who makes them ,and makes changes after importing

the original design called for stamped metal , i don't know if i would want one made from cast , i would have to see myself how this would have to be thin cast or make the gun bulky

i had springfield armorys version sar8 ,very nice ,never jammed ,but destroys the brass
