What is this German Luger Worth Part 2??

    I came accross some lugers that I want to purchase from a gentleman who does not know what they are worth. I want to be fair in what I pay him. I looking am looking to get some background info on them and what they are worth...and what should I pay? HELP!

    The long barrel gun in your original post is most likely a 1920s fabrication for export outside of germany, with a barrel rear sight that might even be a later non-factory addition. $750-850 retail
    The artillery is a completely buffed, redone, mismatched and restamped(left receiver) gun.
    $750-1000 retail
    Both have any value only as shooters(if functional).

    Can you also take a look at the 3rd post I put on here about a Luger value? It is a ww1 re-issue for ww2 i think...with an x underneath trigger guard....is it russian capture? And since it is a re-issue re-stamped...is it worth less? What is the value of that?
