Excellent way to beef up a bowl of Ramen Jack. I too supe up my Ramen soup with cuts of meat and fresh veggies. My daughter calls it making 'gourmet' ramen noodles. I call it better than eating them with water and the 'salt' packet. Waaaay better.
And that camel looks great. Not far off from a good cut of pork steak.
Cooked up almost the last of my deer the other night. Took the last bottom round and butterflied it.
Marinated these in some beef stock, oil, soy sauce, pepper, & worcestershire sauce.
Sauteed some onions and mushrooms in butter and garlic powder. Then pan fried the steaks with the mushrooms and onions. Placed these over some rice and dug in.
I found something new: http://jimmydean.com/products/Skillets/ New to me anyway. I chopped up some green onions, and put some of this in a skillet to cook, then mixed in two eggs, and made some really good omelets.

Standing rib (rare to medium rare) for 15 people tonight, celebrating a bunch of October birthdays. Adding to the rib roast is skillet asparagus with balsamic vinegar and Parmesan cheese and country roast potatos. Of course there will be salad greens from my garden too, and a couple of loaves of Artisan Italian bread from my own two lily whites....
Love them fried livers & gizzards! You guy's have to understand, Brisk will eat absolutely anything! I can remember him eatin live spiders and cock roaches, totally disgusting. He use to work for a chemical company and fellow workers would bet him he wouldn't eat the oversized critters that grew around the plant ( real big because of the chemicals), he won those bets and that is how he was able to buy so many guns! He's kinda fun to watch though! By the way Jack, camel looks pretty good!
My wife stuffed a couple chickens and I've been feasting on chicken, stuffing, gravy, and mashed tatoes for the last couple of days;;;;; AND I LUV THE STUFF TOO.
We have two moose & 4 caribou in two freezers in the shed; I'll be making all kinds of jerky with Uncle Abes this winter. 5 lb tub is now on sale for $22, what a deal.
Went out to a buffet tonight "All you can eat Fish". Had gator , 3 kinds of catfish, pollock, calamarie, and shrimp. Plus salad bar. I AM STUFFED, but boy was it good! Come home and watched repeats of "Swamp People". I'm kinda spoiled.
