Halupki, Good Hunkie food. Wife comes from long line of Poles that claim to be of Hungarian blood; but I know better. Stuffed Cabbage with tomatoes, sauer craut, and gravy over mashed tatoes; good stuff.

Last night I used fresh okra from the garden to make okra & tomatos to go with grilled chicken thighs and breasts (Grillmates Mesquite Marinade), purple hull peas, cornbread & iced tea.

Venison tenderloin, asparagus, sauteed mushrooms, venison liver & corn last fall.

Last night, my wife fried some Frog Legs, cubed boneless Pork Chops and some Korean style Egg Rolls with a side of boiled Green Beans and taters. The frog legs and pork was fried in an oriental style bread crumb batter. Yum - Yum
