Looks good. Silencer. Is that a homemade meat sauce?? Sure looks like it. s'ghetti & garlic toast is gotta be America's comfort food. Only a commie or socialist would deny that.:D:D:D
Not homemade. I've tried the homemade pasta sauce and it's not as good as the canned sauces. I had my own spices and meat, though.

I mix it all together and then add it to cook spaghetti noodles making sure not to add too much sauce. Age it in the fridge for two days then fry in a cast iron skillet with margarine after I do the garlic bread in it. Fried Spaghetti is what I call it. And yes, nothing but comfort food.

Happy Birthday. Hope it was a good day. Looks like a great meal to celebrate.

Thanks. Yes, the meal was not bad, but not great, either. The ribs were overcooked, the Chinese food we ordered was from a new place and it wasn't the best in town. But, later, the night of drinking a night clubbing was EPIC!

Now that looks amazing! Not a big fan of chicken parm, but I wouldn't mind giving that a try.

Birthday meal leftovers and it was much better than yesterday. I think drowing the ribs in sauce and putting in the fridge for the past 24 hours made them a lot better.

Thanks. :)

It was better the second day and today. It usually does after againg in the fridge. The last of the smoked BBQ spare ribs and rice for dinner tonight. At least there's two pieces of chocolate birthday cake left. Both of them are mine, if the kids don't get to them first. :D
