Those things had a candy shell made of BBQ sauce on them and fell right off the bone.

The wife makes some killer cabbage soup... Although not that often, cabbage and I have a love hate relationship... I love to eat it, but the wife hates the aftermath if you catch me drift...;)

All I had was a Pastromi sandwich and french fries. My wife gave me a bowl of lettuce and said here is your salad. She got mad when I told her that a bowl of lettuce does not make a salad, you got to put some maters, bacon, cheese, and boiled egg in with the lettuce.

Someone mentioned fried green tomatoes, I can't wait for the tomatoes to start producing. My wife might not know s#*t about salad but she sure can fry some mighty good green maters!!

Tonights dinner was from Juanita's Mexican Food. Affortable yet quality mexican-style food.

I had the shredded beef taco, with shredded beef burrito with beans and cheese, side order of rice (shared).

I'm smoking Pork for the Mothers Day party tomorrow. It just happened the store had boneless Chicken Breasts on sale so I bought a package.

The BBQ Chicken sandwiches were great. Followed by Cherry Cheesecake.

I had WAY too much to eat.

Anyone know Jenny Craigs phone number. :D

Yep, good stuff, we have been there a couple of times. Sure someone up here in the PNW would learn how to cook Mexican.
