This may be a bit late, but this is what I have read in other forums:
1. Romanian-Very rare
2. Albanian-Also somewhat rare (compared with Yugo's Russiams and Chinese). But they are also noted as being some of the lowest quality SKS's.
3. Yugo-normally in great shape, but most don't have a chrome-lined bore and if it is a 59/66 you may have issues with the gas valve and cycling.
Overall the best SKS's as far as quality are the Russian & Early Chinese. You can find Russian SKS's that have been re-arsenal process, but Chinese SKS's are most always battle-tested and have worn stocks & bluing.
