Before I make an order, I was wondering if the Winchester or the Remington brass would best be suited for reloading the .220 Swift? Thanks!

I don't reload .220 Swift, but my personal preferance for brass in general is Winchester. One of these days I'm going to try some Lapua brass.

  3. I have a .240 Cobra, which is a .220 Swift necked up to .243, and use Reminton .220 brass to make my rounds. I've been very satisfied with the Remington, both in price and quality.

Between those two, I've had better luck with WW luck seems to run across fewer "dud" WW cases than the Remington stuff. Out of a bag of 50rds, I usually find at least two misformed cases with Remington...usually either a crippled neck or a loose primer pocket. Winchester, I had maybe 4 bad cases out of the last 500 that I bought.

My Grandfather, Father, and now I use Winchester brass in the .220 Swift.
