Now the wussies know that this is MINE, you are more than welcome to eat some, but don't be crying about your scorched mouth, watering eyes, or upset tummy tomorrow.
One whole chicken, Corn on the cob (roasting ears, my grandpa used to call 'em), white potatoes, red potatoes, bell peppers, onion, lots of fresh jalapenos, mushrooms, 1/2 ton of Cajun season, butter and garlic...Hmmm...I think that's about it.
I'm gonna go ahead and have a few beers without yaz then... Guess I'll pull this hen off and let her cool a tad while you folks are still getting your boots on.
Donny!!! What ya go and do that for? That's the best lookin spread I've seen in quite some time. Could be on TV with that. If I send ya a self-addressed stamped envelope(or box), could ya send me back a sample??? haha
Sample be danged, I'm thinking about moving to Texas, Opps can't do that, don't speak spanish. Looks great Donny. What kind of smoker did you build? *******
*******, I wish I could wield, I always have wanted to "get into" wielding, just never have.
I had wanted a smoker for ages and finally bought one at Lowes... They have a little trick they use on those, the cooking chamber door is really heavy duty so when you look at them on the sales floor and open that heavy lid, you really think you have something...Lol, I got the thing home and stoked it up only to find out an hour or so into the cook that I was dealing with a total piece of junk. The next day I carried it back to their returns area and smelled the whole place up real nice for 'em and got my money back.
Then I just got real lucky, on the way home from a skeet shoot I happened to eye a couple smokers at this guys place and inquired about them...Wound up getting this one for like 450.00 I think it was.
