Welcome to the best firearms forum there is.

Thanks for passing that on. We always like to hear good things about dealers. It gives us a good idea of who's good to work with.

Let us know how you get on with your gun. We'll be glad to hear about it.

I have never had an issue with them, though they can be slow at times when shipping. Most of the time I just drive there, as two of their stores are 45 minutes away.

Hello and welcome to the forum, yes I have also had great experience with PSA too. I bent a spring and destroyed it well putting together a AR-15 build from PSA, I called them, they ended up just sending me a new spring, did not hav have to buy it or even pay for shipping. The guy was super nice a felt bad that I had not even been able to shoot the build yet. What a sweatheart. :)

Good Morning from Arizona BB....you began your introduction by praising and that is
a good sign for any circumstance, be it for gun parts or how clean the plumbers clothes
were when he may have been called...Nope, you won't find me visiting about or discussing
gun repairs...the fine troops on board here accept me for just being who I am now and
was before... an old 83 year old Chatter-Box who writes things attempting to entertain
and sometimes, even educate! The Navy Seabee over on your port bow...that's navy
lingo and that's navy construction (CB) =construction battalion...SEABEE...that little Disney
designed bug with his Tommy gun, hammer, and wrench...If you happen to be a veteran BB, surely you know about the Marines and Seabees...
WHEN THE MARINES ENTER TOYKO
WITH THEIR COVERS, ALL A TILT;
THEY'LL USE THE ROADS AND BY WAYS
THAT THE SEABEES' QUICKLY BUILT!

See there BB...sears and bolts and trigger housings...don't know squat about those but I am
tolerated on board...you suppose its the 'honoring age' thing...Chief

In past years (pre Aero Precision) I purchased a number of uppers and kits from PSA, shipping was not instantaneous however fast enough it did not become a problem. I had only one incident where they sent two uppers the same when I ordered different ones. As soon as the label they sent me was processed by UPS I received a tracking number on the replacement. Good customer service!

I bought a complete AR10 PSA lower a few years ago at a gun show and ordered a complete upper from PSA. No issues with the order or gun. Trigger was bad like most seem to be on lower tier AR's and I replaced that with a POF. Also added a Kynshot hydraulic buffer, BCM charging handle, and a Millet 1-6. Nice shooter.
